Coastal Hand Therapy's hands on treatment for tendon injuries, such as tennis elbow, may involve dry needling to increase tendon healing.

Dry needling is a specialised treatment using fine, short needles to stimulate trigger points, which may provide relief for some muscular pain and stiffness. It can also be used to stimulate a tissue healing response.

Dry needling is used alongside massage techniques, guided strengthening exercises, activity modification and ergonomic training.
