Our contract physiotherapist is fully trained in all types of hand and upper limb treatment.
We have a qualified physiotherapist who provides quality service to us, to enable the best results using a multi-disciplinary team.
Services include:
- Assessment and treatment of hand and upper limb injuries.
- Assessment and treatment of acute and chronic shoulder injuries.
- Rehabilitation following brachial plexus injuries.
- Custom made static and dynamic splinting and work splints.
- Measuring and fitting of pressure garments following traumatic upper and lower limb injuries including burns and scarring.
- Upper limb strengthening including individualised shoulder stability exercises and postural correction.
- Functional Capacity evaluation and independent clinical assessments for Workcover, medico legal requests and motor vehicle compensation claims.
- Job Analysis with activity modification and incorporation of ergonomic equipment and design.
