General Information
SUZANNE CARAGIANIS & ASSOCIATES has a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) Testing Centre located at 638 Goodwood Road, Daw Park. Valpar sample components have particular focus on hand and upper extremity function.

The work samples focus primarily upon tasks, which require fine finger and manual dexterity, motor coordination, form perception, eye-hand coordination.
They also assess upper body range of motion, strength, flexibility, ability to follow instructions, memory and many secondary work-related characteristics, such as pain tolerance, concentration and sitting/standing tolerances.
Hand and upper limb functional capacity evaluations are undertaken by Suzanne Caragianis, Kelly Hanna and Dave Mutton. Kelly Hanna has specialised in hand and upper limb assessments over the past 7 years.
Functional Capacity Evaluations can be completed 5 days a week or on Saturday mornings if required. A Functional Capacity Evaluation takes approximately 3-4 hours to undertake. Call Deb on (08) 8277 9667 to make an appointment.
Hire, Consultations & Assessments
This testing centre is available for hire by trained Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists at a rate of $30.00 per hour + GST. Bookings can be made by contacting our Daw Park clinic on 08 8277 9667.
A separate room is available for rent for consultations or assessments of clients/patients @ $20.00 per hour + GST. Bookings can be made by contacting our Daw Park clinic on 08 8277 9667. If you have any queries speak to Deb Simmons, Practice Manager.
